Probably easy enough to make your own missions. Find a few voice actors (optional, but lucky for you, your voice is fucking great, you could voice a game on your own) and open up the Half-Life SDK. Then configure it with the files for Condition Zero and you'll be set.

Making Condition-Zero: Deleted Scenes maps is awesome, just need to know which FGD to download. I may have a tutorial on it ;)

Played this game a few years ago. I really enjoyed it.

I see a series where you build a map going more or less like this: start by choosing a game mode and build up from that, ending each episode with some gameplay with people from twitch, for example. Now, in each subsequent episode make modifications to improve the map and tune things like common perchs, awkward angles, that annoying stuff maps usually have until you're satisfied/done having fun.

designing levels is a great idea but the hammer editor is not the greatest as being easy to use :/

Man, I would absolutely love a cs:go map making stream by you. I don't know how literate you are with hammer, but I'm sure twitch chat would help you. It wouldn't even have to be a fully fleshed out thing, just some greyboxing, making a fun map, maybe letting some people help later on to file out some details with props and stuff.
