Idk but this is me: 30minutes warmup in Aimlab and The Range. Matches:: Mediocre, Tired, Sweaty, Usually 15-20k's No warmup pure dry: Matches: Purely focused, not sweating, not stressed, relaxed, 30k's in diamond lobby.

If you want 1, 2, or 3 bots only in the practice bit, use breach's ult then push all of the bot to the side. then. depending on how much bot you want in the spot, just kill how much you want. the benefits i got from it was that i found the right sensitivity just by flicking on a single bot

There's literally an unranked competitive mode you can use to warm up with before jumping I to ranked... Wouldn't that be a good warm up, as per the guide line that your warm up should be similar to the actual gameplay?

No, playing a game does NOT warm you up as good as training. We can compare this to brawls for example. If you train a lot, and then fight in a brawl, you'll have a much better chance than fighting 1 brawl then fighting the next.

But there is DM

DM is more training than warm up imo.

I used this guide as base for my warmup, now also finishing with deathmatch. UAV Awp campers can ruin that though. Sage wall is useful for peeking practice just gotta recast. I've played shooters casually for years and this has helped me get into games ready to onetap heads. Forcing Breach onetrick in solo que at Silver 3 hahaha. (Time to start learning omen or sova) I like this content and would appreciate more Valorant. But If CSGO is your niche I understand. I watched a bunch of your CSGO videos today while at work, also very entertaining.

It's amazing how many people overlook this. Every time you play, even if daily, do a warmup. And as he said, even if it is just a casual match, your first 10-30 mins will always be the worst (until you get exhausted and tired at the end of the day) Just by being a sleep or at work or school or whatever for a few hrs, you will lose some edge. And you can't play 24/7 every day, that makes you burned out. So warm up guys and gals, get your mousefeel, make sure your grip is right, to to the bathroom, have a comfy posture, but *warm up*!
